Stefany + Hannah- October 9th, 2021

Stefany + Hannah

All great plans start late at night after a few hard seltzers! That’s how I ended up becoming their wedding planner and not to mention I am Stefany’s aunt. Over a year later… we executed the most beautiful wedding with so many special touches. It was an honor to plan and execute their wedding! To all the sister in laws and their husbands and my remarkable mother in law who rallied around to help with every task- THANK YOU! But most importantly to the best partner who is always kind, calm and cool and keeps me sane…. the biggest thank you. ❤

What did I love?

The sunflower bouquets on a beautiful October day. The memories of making them the night before with family will always be a favorite.

Tad was my favorite bridesmen. You know the one that pays attention at the rehearsal, hits all his cues and showed up with a steamer on the day of the wedding!

A new bridal party line up! The flower fella (who danced down the aisle and threw flowers from a fanny pack) was first to walk down the aisle and then the maids of honor. All of the bridal party linked arms. At first I didn’t know how it would flow but it was perfect.

Where did we save money?

The gold votives all over the reception were at their third wedding! They were inexpensive to begin with but to see them make their debut for a third time and be so warm and beautiful was worth it.

Wine bottle centerpieces. A year of drinking Rose paid off for beautiful centerpieces filled with fairy lights.

Lunch….instead of dinner or a heavy reception. They had a delicious, filling lunch priced at a lunch price and not as expensive as a dinner.

A naked cake. We decorated the cake ourselves (well Maryann did) with fake flowers and it was a favorite part of the reception for sure!

What was memorable?

Grandma Terry catching the bouquet and fighting off all those bridesmaids!

The sun coming out right in time for pictures on top of the dug outs at the field.

The beautiful memorial table with pictures of loved ones and a candle burning in their memory.

A Polaroid picture guest book! This was a favorite for sure.
